Mainly print errors.Ĭame across this fix on a YouTube video. I spent the next few days un-installing Acrobat and re-installing it just to get random errors to go away. However, I found that after I made the switch Adobe was not happy. When IE released IE10 and it was a big disaster I had to quickly switch the entire company over too Chrome because I rolled out IE10 too fast and shit was crashing. I have found Adobe to be a very fickle and sometimes intrusive program. I actually have found Windows 8 to be very stable and this user actually requested it (PC came with 7.took it off and put on 8.) It is my understanding that Windows 8 only became support for ACAD 2013 once SP2 was released. Can't imagine it being the issue but perhaps it it is intergrated into ACAD some. Next step was to remove Adobe and see how it plays out. That being said, I am no expert on autodesk but if your issues started after adding some new hardware and software I would start by rolling that stuff back and see if and where the problem goes away, if at all. Your first problem is Windows 8, I wouldn't install that crap OS on anything. We run a very tight ship and time is money here.any suggestions? We did both of those a few weeks ago and the problems have started after that. The only changes since these started was a new wireless mouse (Microsoft) and loading Adobe Acrobat Standard (latest version) on the machine. Today, he sent me this error:įATAL ERROR: Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0x8ca0 Exception at 250f29f7h I put him in Windows 7 compatibility mode and the rest of the day yesterday was good. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Action Center control panel.Īpplication Path: C:\Program Files\Autodesk\AutoCAD LT 2013\acadlt.exe The program acadlt.exe version 25.0.55.0 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. It worked flawlessly for a few months and then suddenly started crashing a lot, especially when accessing the FILE menu. I have a single user of AutoCAD LT 2013 SP2 on a Windows 8 machine.
